The web site must have PHP, MYSQL, and be able to talk to SL server.
(Please note I do sell a tester for L$5 that test for that)

You do not need email it using llHTTPRequest to send or get info from php script

Here is what it can do
1.You Can Sell ad spaces of your network of ad board
2.You can setup a type this mean that if a ad is the same type as the ad board it will be able to show it
NOTE: I have put in a type call gw this will go to any ad board on your ad board network
3.You can set up how the ad board pay out per click
NOTE: If a person try to click more that one time the own of the ad board will ONLY get paid one time per day
4:The ad is setup to give out 2 item 1 is a Item 2 is a Notecard
NOTE: They can setup a web site as the item in the ad
5. The Stats page will show you have much money is in the system, how much ad are sold, Total pay for click, AD RUNNING AD Board Online. and AD Board Offline.
6. The ad board Register with your site. so you need to change the ad board for any thing you can set the Register to update the ad board. I mean when the ad board check in it can see if it is run up to date if not the system will auto send the updated ad board to the own
7. When the time is about to be up for the ads the own of the ads get a IM from the servr to and tells the own \\\"Your ad has 3 days before the end. You can log in and buy more time for your ad Thank you\\\"
8.The ad board system has a KeyID that stop hacker from sending data from a outside source to you site and encripted communication for the ad board to the server.
9. Each Ad Board can hold up to 300 ad (You can change that)
10.Each ad board cycles ad by sec that you can set

NOTE: ANY NEW AD AFTER TH SETUP CAN TAKE UP TO 24 HOUR BE FOR THEY SEE IT

V1.1 this update we added a new way to pay people now you can pay by weekly and or by click
We change the rights for the ad board to FULL RIGHTS

v1.2 Fix the error with the file that allow people to setup

v1.3 Add a baning now you can ban someone that is trying to take money from the systen by click on the on ad board each day
Now you can set the number of day before the same person can click on the same ad board again

v1.4 Add more ways to help stop fraud
1. is if the owner of the ad board is put more ad board out then having a friend click on each one it will only pay out 1 time per same avatar per day for the owners of the ad board
2. this is a limit for the number of click per day per person you can set it to 20 that would allow the person to click on any ad on your system up to the limit

v1.5 Add more ways to help stop fraud
1. Now have a max number of click per day for the owner of the ad board.
2, You now can look at the people profile if they click on one of your ad board
3. Ver check this way check and see if the ad board is the same ver that the system is using. if not you can not have to pay them
4. Now can send out update to the ad board owner if their are not using the newest ver
5. In the admin user page you can now search for a user
